1 head of lettuce, torn
1 head of cauliflower, chopped
2 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large salad bowl, layer the ingredients as follows: lettuce, cauliflower, mayonnaise, onion, bacon, Parmesan cheese and sugar. DO NOT mix.
Cover tightly with plastic wrap; chill in refrigerator overnight.
Toss salad well just before serving; this will create the dressing for the salad.
