Meatballs:
2 lb. ground beef
1-1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. onion, chopped
2 eggs
1-1/2 tsp. salt

Sauce:
3 T. cornstarch
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 c. tomato catsup
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 can (13-1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
2 medium green peppers, diced

Serve over rice.

Preheat oven to 375º. Bake in 15-1/2"x10-1/2"x1" baking pan.

Meatballs:
Combine all ingredients, in a bowl;mix lightly but thoroughly.
Shape into 4 dz. small balls; place in 15-1/2"x10-1/2"x1" baking pan.
Brown in moderate oven (375º) for 25-30 minutes.

Sauce:
Blend cornstarch and vinegar in skillet.
Add brown sugar, catsup and soy sauce;cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add browned meatballs; cover and simmer 20 minutes.
Add pineapple and green pepper; continue cooking 10 minutes.
Serve over rice.
