2 lb. package hash brown potatoes
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soupr
1/2 c. (or more) chopped onions
2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9"x13" baking dish.

Place potatoes in greased 9"x13" baking dish.
Season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix sour cream, soup and onions; mixing well; pour mixture over potatoes.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and melted butter.
Bake in 350 oven for 45 minutes.
