1 3oz package lemon jello
1 1/2 cups boiling water
1 cup sugar
1 lemon
1 can evaporated milk
25 graham crackers crushed
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil. Add lemon jello, sugar, juice from lemon and grated lemon peel. Mix thoroughly and chill until semi-firm. Crush 25 graham crackers and mix with softened butter. Place half of the graham cracker mixture on the bottom of a 9" x 9" dish. Whip evaporated milk and gradually add chilled lemon mixture continuing to whip. Pour lemon mixture over top of graham crackers. Top with remaining graham cracker mixture and chill.
