Crab Cakes Recipe

2 cans crab meat
cup onion, chopped fine
⅓ cup chicken broth
2 egg whites
cup milk
cup chopped bell peppers
cup celery
cup parsley
2 tbsp. mayo
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of hot sauce
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. paprika

Simmer all vegetables in broth until tender
Remove from heat and fold in crab
Lightly beat egg whites with milk, divide in half
To one half add mayonnaise, mustard and hot sauce, fold into crab mixture
Blend paprika with bread crumbs, add half to the crab mixture
Shape into patties and dust with remaining bred crumbs and paprika
Bake or broil until brown, brushing occasionally with milk and egg white mixture.
