2 large cucumbers
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tbs. green onion, minced
⅛ tsp. celery salt
Dash black pepper
Dash garlic salt
20-25 thin sliced bread
c butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice cucumbers as thin as possible. Allow slices to drain between paper towels while preparing cheese spread.
If desired, trim crust off bread, and set aside. In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients except bread. Mix until well blended. Spread a layer of cheese mixture on of the bread slices. Then layer cucumbers on top of the spread. Spread butter on the remaining bread to top the cucumber sandwiches. Cut in desired shapes or quarter them.
