1 10 oz package of chopped frozen spinach
1 package Knorr's dry vegetable soup mix
1 can water chestnuts drained and chopped
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw spinach and squeeze all liquids out. Mix all ingredients together. Chill for 2 hrs. Serve with stoned wheat or another bland crackers.
