1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 jar (4 ox.) chopped pimiento, drained (optional)
1 can. (2.8 oz.) french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Bake in 1 qt. casserole dish.

In a bowl, combine vegetables, soup 1/2 c. cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and 1/2 french fried onion.
Pour mixture into a 1 qt. casserole dish.
Bake in 350º oven for 30 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and french fried onions; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes longer.
