1 T. sesame seeds
1 tsp. crushed fennel seeds
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
4 whole pitas (small size) - each split into two rounds each
2 T. olive oil
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine sesame seeds, crushed fennel seeds, paprika and cayenne.
Lightly brush the rough side of each pita round with olive oil; sprinkle on sesame seed mixture and then salt.
Bake on baking sheets in centre of 350 oven for about 12 minutes.
Let cool completely on racks and then break into chips.
Makes about 60 chips.
