1 QUART TOMATO JUICE
3 MEDIUM PEPPERS
1 & 1/2 TSP CHILI SAUCE
1 CUP UNCOOKED LONG GRAIN RICE
2 CELERY STALKS DICED
1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED
3 CHICKEN BOUILLON CUBES
2 GARLIC CLOVES

IN LARGE DUTCH OVEN BROWN BEEF AND DRAIN.

ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND BRING TO A BOIL, REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER UNCOVERED FOR ONE HOUR OR UNTIL RICE IS TENDER.
