1 TBSP BUTTER
1 CUP MILK
1 & 1/2 CUPS CHICKEN STOCK
1 TBSP FLOUR
1/8 TSP SALT
DASH OF PEPPER
1/4 TSP NUTMEG & GINGER

Directions:
Directions:
MELT BUTTER IN SAUCEPAN, ADD FLOUR, SALT, PEPPER, NUTMEG & GINGER AND MILK AND BRING TO A BOIL, THEN SIMMER.

IN BLENDER ADD PUMKIN AND STOCK, MIX AND POUR INTO SAUCEPAN AND LET SIMMER FOR 3-5 MINUTES
