4 large baking potatoes baked
3 green onions minced
1 clove garlic minced
3 tbsp butter
¼ cup sour cream
1 egg lightly beaten
1 to 1½ cup ham, cut in thin strips
1¼ cup Swiss cheese grated
Salt & pepper
Dash of paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions & garlic in butter until onion. Is transparent. Cut top of baked potatoes & scoop out pulp. Reserve shells. Mash the potatoes with sour cream, egg & onions. Mix in ham & 1 cup Swiss cheese. Salt & pepper to taste. Put potato mixture into shells. Sprinkle with remaining. ¼ cup cheese & garnish with paprika.
Bake @ 425ºF for 30 min if cold 15 min if freshly made.
