1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp butter
1/2 tsp pepper
1 clove of garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 tsp. minced fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine for a marinade for either pork or beef. Can also marinate vegetables (bell pepper slices, onions, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms) to be used on the kebabs. Refrigerate and marinate for at least 6 hours.
