6 pork chops, trimmed of fat
Seasoned Salt
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup
1/2 c.milk
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (24 oz.) package frozen O'Brien or hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1 (2.8 oz) can french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Bake in 9"x13" baking dish.

Brown pork chops in a lightly greased skillet; sprinkle with seasoned salt; set aside.
Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt.
Stir in potatoes, 1/2 c. cheese and 1/s can french fried onions.
Spoon mixture into a 9"x13" baking dish.
Arrange pork chops over potato mixture.
Bake in 350º oven, covered for 40 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and french fried onions; bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
