1 ½ pounds pork tenderloin
⅓ cup honey
1 cup soy sauce
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
hot mustard
toasted sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Place tenderloins in a shallow, non-aluminum container. Spread honey evenly over tenderloins. Add soy sauce to pan and sprinkle meat with pepper. Cover and marinate for 2 hours, turning meat several times.
Start the grill to medium-high heat. Place tenderloins on grill (reserve marinade). Sear briefly on all sides.
Cover grill and cook tenderloins, turning them several times and brushing with marinade, for 20-30 minutes, or until meat is pale pink when cut into, or a thermometer reads 150 to 155 degrees when inserted in center. Transfer to a plate, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight, or until very cold. When ready to serve, place tenderloins on a cutting board and cut crosswise into slices about ¼ inch thick. Arrange on a platter and serve with hot mustard and toasted sesame seeds.
