4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 c. Milk
2 Tbsp Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
12 Eggs
8 oz diced/finely chopped Ham
6 oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 c. Green Onions, chopped
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

Preheat oven to 375.
Combine Cream Cheese & Milk, whisk until smooth. Add flour & salt, whisk to combine.
In separate bowl whisk eggs until blended. Add cream cheese mixture.
Press long piece of parchment paper into jellyroll/bar pan, pinch corners. Pour egg mixture onto paper.
Bake 30-33 min or until omelet is puffy & golden.
Remove omelet, spread Dijon mustard onto omelet. Sprinkle with cheese, ham & green onions (leaving a small amount of each). Starting at 1 short side, roll up omelet jelly-roll fashion, removing paper as you roll. Garnish top with a dab of mustard, sprinkle of cheese, ham & green onion. Let cheese melt, slice with serrated or electric knife.
