Cream Cheese Breakfast Bars Recipe

2 8-count Crescent Rolls
2 8 oz Cream Cheese
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 c. Chopped Pecans

Lay 1 pkg Crescent Rolls in 9x13 glass pan, push seams together.
Beat Cream Cheese (x2), 1 c. Sugar, Egg Yolk & Vanilla. Spread on rolls in pan.
Spread 1 pkg Crescent Rolls over top (easiest to spread out onto plate & transfer to pan)
Brush Egg White over top of rolls.
Mix 1/2 c. Sugar & Pecans. Sprinkle on top.
Bake at 350 for 30 min.
Let cool/thicken before cutting into squares & serving.
