3 Cheese Manicotti Recipe

Ricotta Cheese (15 oz)
3/4 c Parmesan Cheese
1 c. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, divided
2 Tbsp chopped Parsley
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
Dash ground nutmeg
10 Manicotti shells, cooked & drained (don't let get soft, want shells to be firm)
1 1/2 Traditional Spaghetti Sauce

Combine Ricotta, Parmesan, 1/2 c. Mozzarella, Parsley, Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder & Nutmeg.
Stuff each cooked shell with about 1/4 c filling.

Spoon 1/2 c. Spaghetti Sauce into 9 x 13" dish. Place stuffed shells over sauce. Spoon remaining sauce on top of shells. Cover with foil.

Bake at 350 for 35 min. Uncover. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c. Mozzarella, Bake 5 min more (or until cheese is melted).
