1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, browned, cooked and cut into small pieces
2 c. Gluten Free pasta, cooked
1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
1/4 c. milk
1 extra large egg, beaten
1 c. grated medium cheddar cheese
3-4 green onions, thinly sliced
3 pieces crisp bacon, crumbled
1 T. butter
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Bake in a 9"x13" baking pan, sprayed with cooking spray.

In bowl, combine chicken, cooked pasta, creamed corn, milk, egg, cheese, green onions, bacon, salt and pepper; mix well; pour mixture into greased 9"x13" baking pan.
Dot the top of the casserole with butter.
Bake in 350 oven for 30-40 minutes.
