1 8oz cream cheese room temperture
1 sm clove garlic chopped
2 green onion tops chopped
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp Mel’s seasoning
¼ tsp poultry seasoning
½ pkg imitation crabmeat chopped fine
1 pkg raw deviened shrimp 21 – 30 count
2 to 3 pkgs thin sliced bacon divided
2 to 5 jalapenos thinly sliced

Directions:
Chop 2 to 3 slices of bacon and fry. Reserve 1 tablespoon of grease for mixture. Let cool. Add first 8 ingredients and bacon bits and reserved grease to bowl and mix well. Put into a Ziploc bag and cut one corner

Butterfly the shrimp and pipe mixture in and add 1 slice of jalapenos. Wrap completely in bacon and cut off any extra.

Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
