Stuffed Mushrooms and Jalepenos Recipe

2 to 3 pounds mushrooms (cleaned)
2 pounds jalapenos (washed and sliced lenthwise and membranes removed)
10 to 12 mushroom stems (diced fine)
½ pkg hot sausage
1 jalapenos (diced fine)
3 green onion tops ( chopped )
1 small garlic clove ( diced )
1 8oz. Cream cheese ( room temp )
½ cup shredded kraft Mexican 5 cheese - more for topping
½ pkg imitation crab meat (diced fine )
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp Mel’s seasoning
¼ tsp poultry seasoning
4 to 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled

Brown sausage into small pieces and add mushroom stems and garlic and jalapenos. Let cool. Add all ingredients and mix well. Place mixture in a ziplock bag and cut tip off. squeeze into mushrooms and jalapenos. top with shredded cheese. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degrees oven. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake 5 minutes more.
