1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2. Gluten Free Bisquick Biscuit Mix
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
2 extra large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Grease a 9" pie plate.

In a skillet, brown ground beef and onions; drain the fat.
Spread mixture in bottom of a greased pie plate.
Sprinkle salt and shredded cheese over the meat mixture.
In a small bowl, stir together Bisquick, milk and eggs; pour over cheese.
Bake in 400 oven for 25 minutes.
Cool slightly before cutting into wedges to serve.

Options: add mushrooms and/or vegetables
