Cake:
1 can Mandarin oranges
1/2 c. oil
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs.

Frosting:
1 (8 oz.) container of Cool Whip
1 package vanilla instant pudding
1 (20 oz.) can crused pineapple with juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9"x13" baking pan.

Cake:
In a bowl, mix together oranges with juice, dry cake mix, oil and eggs.
Bake in greased 9"x13" baking pant for 25-30 minutes.
Cool cake before frosting it.

Frosting:
In a bowl, mix together Cool Whip, dry pudding and pineapple with juice; stir until mixture thickens.

Frost cake and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
