Cake:
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. all-purpose flour

Chewy center:
1 egg
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Bake in mini-muffin tin.

Cake:
In a bowl, blend cream cheese, margarine and flour into a dough; chill dough at least 1 hour.
Roll dough into 1" balls; place 1 ball into each mini-muffin tin - shaping to sides and bottom.

Chewy Center:
In a bowl, mix well egg, brown sugar, vanilla, salt and chopped nuts.
Using a teaspoon, spoon mixture into each shell.

Bake in 325º oven for 25 minutes.
