White or Sweet potatoes - quantity is subject to number needed
olive oil
salt
pepper
aluminum foil

Directions:
Directions:
DO NOT fill crock pot more than 3/4 full of potatoes.

Wash and scrub potatoes; remove any bad spots; let potato skins dry.
Prick each potato with a fork approximately 6-8 times.
Place potatoes on a baking sheet to contain mess; drizzle a little olive oil on each potato; rub oil all over each potato with your hands.
Sprinkle each potato with salt and pepper.
Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil; place potatoes in Crock Pot, foil seam side up.
Cook on Low for 8 hours or High for 4 hours
