Bottom:
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drain and save juice
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. corn starch
1 c. liquid (use the pineapple juice plus enough water to make 1 c.)

Crumb Topping:
1-1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. sale
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1-3/4 c. Quaker 100% Natural Cereal Plain (may use a granola-type cereal)
1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease an 8" square baking pan.

Bottom:
Mix all ingredients together; put in greased 8" square baking pan.

Crumb Topping:
Mix all ingredients together; spoon on top of the pineapple mixture.

Bake in 350º oven for 30-45 minutes.

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a special treat.
