2 Sticks Butter
1 C. Water
4 Tbsp. Cocoa
2 C. Sugar
2 C. Flour
1 tsp. Vanilla
½ tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs
½ C. Sour Cream

1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
2. Add water and cocoa, bring to a boil.
3. Add remaining ingredients, stirring lightly.
4. Pour into greased and floured oblong cookie sheet (with rim.)
5. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes.

6 Tbsp. Milk
5 Tbsp. Cocoa

1. Bring ingredients to a rolling boil.
2. Add 4½ C. Powdered sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla.
3. Spread on hot cake.

I tend to bake the cake less than 20 minutes so it is not dry.
