c unsweetened pumpkin puree

c natural peanut butter (no additives)

1 large egg

c garbanzo flour

c oat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside

In the bowl of a standard mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, beat pumpkin, peanut butter and egg together on medium to high speed for a minute or until combined throughly .

Reduce speed to low and gradually add the flours until just incorporated. Then turn out onto a lightly oat floured surface

Knead for a minute then roll out to " thickness . Cut out with cookie cutters and place on baking sheet

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown.

Let cool completely . Store in an aritight container or jar.
