pound boneless pork, finely chopped and cooked
1 tab oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 cup Chinese cabbage (napa) finely chopped
cup bell pepper finely chopped
cup onion, finely chopped
6 eggs
Packaged pork gravy mix (prepare according to directions on package) add a little garlic powder to taste.
( Optional: cup Shredded carrot, 1 can Bean sprouts drained )

Stir fry veggies in oil for a few minutes
Beat eggs with salt and pepper to taste in bowl
Add pork and veggies mix well
cup mixture for each patty, fry until egg is set
Spoon gravy on top, Enjoy
