½ pound boneless pork, finely chopped and cooked
1 tab oil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 cup Chinese cabbage (napa) finely chopped
½ cup bell pepper finely chopped
½ cup onion, finely chopped
6 eggs
Packaged pork gravy mix (prepare according to directions on package) add a little garlic powder to taste.
( Optional: ¼ cup Shredded carrot, 1 can Bean sprouts drained )

Directions:
Directions:
Stir fry veggies in oil for a few minutes
Beat eggs with salt and pepper to taste in bowl
Add pork and veggies mix well
¼ cup mixture for each patty, fry until egg is set
Spoon gravy on top, Enjoy
