Crust:

1 egg
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla

Filling:

1 8oz cream cheese
1 box powder sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease or spray bottom only of a 9”x13” pan.
Melt margarine and mix with cake mix, ½ tsp vanilla, and 1 egg and pat in bottom of pan.

Mix cream cheese, 2eggs, box of powder sugar, butter, and ½ tsp vanilla.
Pour over crust mixture. Bake 300 degrees for 60 minutes. Cool completely. Better next day

For a Peanut Butter Chess Cake:

Use a chocolate cake mix for crust . Add 1 cup creamy peanut butter to the cream cheese filling. Proceed as directed above.

For Red Velvet Chess Cake

Use a Red Velvet cake mix for crust. And filling is same as recipe calls for.
