Crust:

1 egg
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine
1/2 tsp vanilla

Filling:

1 8oz cream cheese
1 box powder sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Grease or spray bottom only of a 9x13 pan.
Melt margarine and mix with cake mix, tsp vanilla, and 1 egg and pat in bottom of pan.

Mix cream cheese, 2eggs, box of powder sugar, butter, and tsp vanilla.
Pour over crust mixture. Bake 300 degrees for 60 minutes. Cool completely. Better next day

For a Peanut Butter Chess Cake:

Use a chocolate cake mix for crust . Add 1 cup creamy peanut butter to the cream cheese filling. Proceed as directed above.

For Red Velvet Chess Cake

Use a Red Velvet cake mix for crust. And filling is same as recipe calls for.
