1 cup butter softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 ½ - 3 cups quick oats
1 ½ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp soda
1 pkg chocolate chips
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup raisins
Directions:

Cream butter, eggs, sugars & vanilla
Stir in rest of ingredients
May use chocolate bits or butterscotch bits.

I used chocolate chips and pecans, regular oatmeal & when making chocolate chips, I leave out the cinnamon.
