2 medium yellow turnips, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup chicken or beef broth
2 tablespoons dark honey
butter or baking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Mix honey and broth. Combine all in buttered casserole, cover and bake till tender, approximately 1 hour.
