1 Country Ham without water added
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup prepared mustard
1 can pineapple rings, juice reserved
1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice
Maraschino cherries as needed
Whole cloves as needed
Wooden toothpicks as needed

Directions:
Preheat oven to 200º [225º]. Mix honey, mustard, and juices together, set aside. Score ham into 1" squares and place in roasting pan. Pour juice mix slowly into hatching. Push a clove into junction of each cross hatch. Place pineapple rings tightly over upper surface of ham. Secure one maraschino cherry inside each ring with a toothpick. Tent ham with tin foil, shiny side in. Bake 8 to 10 hours, let rest 15 minutes prior to serving. Pour juice in gravy dish and serve also.
