1 pkg. Devils Food Cake Mix
1 Can Cherry Pie Filling
2 Eggs

1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Grease and flour or spray a 13"x9" pan (for cake, 12'x24' baking sheet for bars.)
3. In a large bowl combine base ingredients.
4. Stir by hand until well blended.
5. Pour into pan and bake 25-35 minutes.
6. Remove from oven but do not cool before frosting.

1 C. White Sugar
5 Tbsp. Butter
⅓ C. Milk
1 C. (6oz.) Chocolate Chips

1. In medium saucepan combine sugar, butter and milk.
2. Bring to a boil over medium/high heat, stirring constantly.
3. Boil for 1 minute (do not cook any longer)
4. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate chips until smooth.
5. Pour over warm bars.

I always double the frosting recipe, more on this cake is delicious! Doubling also allows for extra frosting to be poured into a small sprayed dish or pan to eat as fudge. This frosting sets up & tastes like fudge. Travis & Michele loved the frosting fudge made from this recipe but not the cake. This is Tim's favorite cake
