2 baked 9 inch round cakes, cooled
5 1/2 cups Seven Minute Frosting
2 1/3 cups (about) Baker's Angel Flake Coconut
Red food coloring
2 black licorice laces
1 red, 1 pink, 2 black jelly beans
red bow
Directions:
Directions:
Cut round edges off one layer as shown, making 6 inch square. Edges become ears. Cut ring 1 1/2 inches wide around second layer; divide into 8 equal pieces for paws.
Arrange pieces as diagrammed. Frost cake. Tint 1/3 cup coconut pink; sprinkle on ears, nose and lower paws. Sprinkle plain coconut on rest of bunny.
Decorate with licorice, jelly beans and red bow.
