1 Bag Sweet Flaked Coconut
1 Stick Butter
2 lb. Powdered Sugar
1 Can Eagle Brand Milk
12-18 oz. Dipping Chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, except chocolate together.
2. Shape into 1½ "- 2" logs, press an almond on top if desired.
3. Place on a lined cookie sheet and chill at least 2 hours in freezer, (overnight works well.)
4. Melt dipping chocolate.
5. Remove from heat (best if placed over a bowl or pan of very hot water to avoid thickening, but be very
careful not to get any water in chocolate.)
6. Dip chilled bars into chocolate using a fork or toothpick works well.
7. Place dipped candy on wax paper lined sheet to set.
8. Store tightly covered.
