3 C. White Sugar
C. Butter
C. Evaporated Milk
12 oz. Chocolate Chips
7 oz. Marshmallow Creme
1 C. Chopped Nuts (optional)
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, butter and milk in a heavy 2 qt. pan.
2. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
3. Boil 5 minutes, over medium heat.
4. Remove from heat stir in chocolate chips until melted.
5. Add marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla.
6. Beat until well blended.
7. Pour into a sprayed or lined 13" x 9" pan.
8. Cool at room temperature until set. Cut into pieces.

For a variety of flavors use different flavored baking chips. Do not over cook or you will have a mess instead of fudge! Be sure to beat until completely blended or the butter may separate from the candy.
