1 package square cut frozen hash browns
1 (32 oz.) chicken broth
1 package grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cooked bacon, chopped with some of the bacon fat
1/4 c. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, except cream cheese, in crock pot; cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Last hour of cooking, cut cream cheese into small cubes; add to soup stirring every 10 minutes until cream cheese is thoroughly mix into soup.
Garnish with desired toppings; serve.
