1 package frozen hash browns (shredded or square)
1 (16 oz.) grated cheddar cheese
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream or mushroom or cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. minced onion
1 c. milk
1 T. salt
1/2 T. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 9"x11" baking pan.

In a bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Pour mixture into a greased 9"x11" baking pan.
Bake in 375 oven until bubbly.
