Sausage Pasta Recipe

1 package pork sausage
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2 T. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (15 oz.) ricotta cheese
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
3 T. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. cooked penni noodles

Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9"x11" baking pan.

In a fry pan, cook sausage until it is no longer pink; drain grease.
Stir in sauce, spices and cooked pasta.
In a bowl, mix ricotta, Parmesan cheese and 1 c. of mozzarella cheese.
Put 1/2 of pasta mixture in a greased 9"x11" baking pant.
Spread cheese mixture over pasta layer.
Spread remaining pasta over layer of cheese; top with remaining mozzarella.
Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
