1 package of port chops
1 can cream of mushroom soup
potatoes (enough for your family), peeled and quartered

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pan, add oil and fry pork chops...just 2 minutes on each side; pull out of pan and drain grease.
In same pan, mix soup, 1 can of water and potatoes.
Put pork chops on top of potatoes; bring to a boil; cover; lower heat and simmer for 1/2 hour or until potatoes are fork tender.
