2 T. mixed pickling spice
1 lb. Kielbasa, sliced in 1/2" circles
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. yellow pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. thyme
3 c. chicken broth
2 c. tomatoes, diced

Serve over cooked rice.

In pan, cook pickling spice, kielbasa, celery, onion, green pepper, yellow pepper, red pepper flakes and thyme until the celery and peppers are tender.
Add tomatoes and broth; cook until mixture comes to a boil; lower heat and simmer for 1/2 hour.
Serve over cooked rice.
