3 cups quick cooking oats
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. Coconut
2 T. Coconut oil, melted
1 c. Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. dried, sweetened cranberries
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease a 9X13 pan. Place can of sweetened condensed milk in hot water and set aside. Combine all dry ingredients. Add milk, coconut oil and vanilla and stir well. Press into pan. Bake 20-25 min. Edges should be golden brown. Allow to cool 5 minutes and cut into bars. Allow to cool completely in pan. Store in an airtight container.

You can substitute a variety of nuts, white chocolate, or many other mixins. You could also use vegetable oil, peanut butter or butter in place of coconut oil.

This recipe could easily be doubled and freezes well.
