Chicken:
1-3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Peach Glaze:
1 c. peach preserves
1 T. green onions, sliced
2 T. olive oil
1 T. Sriracha sauce
1 T. Dijon mustard
1 T. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1-1/2 tsp. minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill or grill pan.

Chicken:
Season chicken with paprika, salt and pepper.
Place chicken on grill; close lid or cover loosely with foil; grill 14-16 minutes, turning often until chicken reaches 165 internal temperature.

Peach Glaze:
Whisk remaining ingredients until blended.
Brush 1/4 c. of glaze over chicken during last minute of cook time.
Remove from grill; slice chicken; with remaining glaze for dipping.
