2 eggs
1⅓ cups milk
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Put eggs and milk at room temperature for 1 hour before making.
Use glass bowl beat eggs until light and fluffy add salt and milk.
Pour into flour mix then add rest and beat until mixed Dont over beat.
Let batter rest 10 minutes before adding to hot greased muffin cups.
Bake at 375F - 400F until done.
DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR!
