1 - 1 ½ lb pork tenderloin
¼ C soy sauce
¼C honey
1 T dry sherry or shaosing wine
2 T hoisin sauce
½ t five-spice powder
2 T ea minced ginger & garlic
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut small incisions in pork at 1" intervals. Mix all ingredients together place pork in plastic bag, pour marinade over pork and refrigerate overnight. Turn bag over a few times during refrigeration. Heat oven to 350° F cook for 25 - 30 mins until a thermometer registers 145° F . Use Hawaiiansweet rolls to make sliders. May also be used in fried rice, soups or other oriental dishes.
