Slaw
1⁄4 C Sesame seeds
1/3 C sliced nuts (alnonds, cashews, peanuts-your choice)
1 head Napa cabbage (green cabbage or red cabbage or a combination of both)
6 green onions slice thinly both white & green sections.
2 - 3 oz packages original flavor ramen noodles -save seasoning packet for dressing).

Dressing
2/3 C oil peanut or canola
2 T water
1⁄4 C rice vinegar
1 T sugar
1 seasoning packet
Salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Toast sesame seeds and nuts. Mix cabbage and green onions in a large bowl. Crush ramen noodles in the package. Open and remove bothseasoning packets. Mix oil water and vinegar in a jar with a tight lid. Add sugar and 1 seasoning packet. Shake well. Taste and, if needed adjust sugar salt and pepper Just before serving add crushed noodles, nuts and sesame seeds to cabbage mixture. Pour on dressing and toss well. Serve immediately.
