Melt chocolate and 3 tsp. butter over low heat stirring constantly. Cool
Cream remaining butter with softened cream cheese until soft gradually add 1/4 of the sugar creaming until light and fluffy.
blend in 1 egg,1T flour and 1/2 tsp vanilla.Set aside
Beat remaining eggs until thickened.Add baking powder,salt and add remaining sugar and the 1/2 cup of flour
Blend in cooled chocolate mixture ,nuts and almond extract,remaining 1 tsp vanilla
Take out 1 cup of the chocolate batter
In a greased 9inch square pan, spread the chocolate batter. Top with the cream cheese mixture.
Drop measured chocolate batter(1C chocolate)fraom a tablespoon into cheese batter and swirl with a spatula to marble.
Bake at 350º for 35-40 minutes.Cool then cut.
