1 baked pie shell
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
2 eggs, separated
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie shell according to directions; set aside to cool.
Combine gelatin, sugar and sale in a heavy saucepan.
Add milk, egg yolks and peanut butter; mix well; cook over medium heat until smooth.
Cool mixture until slightly thickened.
Beat egg white until fluffy.
Beat in brown sugar, then add peanut butter mixture and fold in the Cool Whip.
Chill until firm.
Serve.
